Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a 4-star feel with very clean rooms that smelled nice, though slightly dated. The service was trying hard to rectify booking errors but was a bit incompetent at times. The location, while good and easy to access, had some minor inconveniences like needing to plug in the cable ourselves. The dining experience was hit or miss, with breakfast not being consistent. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
Upon check-in, the hotel room smelled overwhelmingly like disinfectant, which was a bit of a turn-off. Despite the initial odor, the room was cool and spacious with convenient amenities like a sofa, coffee table, microwave, and fridge. The staff was friendly and professional, although not very helpful in resolving an issue with the pool closure. The location was easy to reach but had some drawbacks like a foul smell near the hot tub area. The dining options were good, offering a 5 am to 10 am array of breakfast choices, but the packed lunches were a bit lacking. The facilities were satisfactory, with an emphasis on cleanliness and comfort.
The hotel had very comfortable and clean rooms with convenient amenities like a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The service, under new ownership, was friendly and pleasant, although there were issues with canceling due to undisclosed pool closure. While the location was good for easy access, the dining experience was hit or miss, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.
