The hotel had a 4-star feel with very clean rooms that smelled nice, though slightly dated. The service was trying hard to rectify booking errors but was a bit incompetent at times. The location, while good and easy to access, had some minor inconveniences like needing to plug in the cable ourselves. The dining experience was hit or miss, with breakfast not being consistent. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
